Shipping Time FramesOrders sent via "UPS Ground" average 3 - 7 business days once they leave the factory.
Orders sent via "UPS 2 Day Air" average 2 business days once they leave the factory.
Orders sent via Freight Carrier average 3 -10 business days depending on location once the leave the factory. Keep in mind that these time frames are after the product leaves the factory.
Shipping RatesShopCandelabra.com automatically calculates your shipping costs at the time of check out in the shopping cart process once an item is placed into your cart with the appropriate delivery method chosen and your zip code entered. Shipping and handling charges for all items are a per item charge based on the weight of the item, size of the box and the delivery destination. Shipping costs are for the contiguous 48 states. Tracking Your OrderOnce your item has been shipped you may contact Customer Service to obtain a tracking number. You may also visit UPS or another carrier’s website. You may also visit ww.UPS.com to track your order. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours from the time your order leaves the warehouse to the time the info is available on UPS or another carrier’s website.
Multiple ShipmentsIf you have a large order and one item is going to cause a delay or is backordered, we will ship your order in two shipments. You will not pay any extra shipping charges for the second shipment
Shipping BackordersSometimes an IN-STOCK item may actually be OUT OF STOCK (sometimes an item may sell out before we've had a chance to update the web-site)
ShopCandelabra.com is proud to boast and excellent fill rate. We stock most of our inventory, but occasionally some items are unavailable and we must backorder them from other various warehouses across the country or source them directly from the manufacturers. ShopCandelabra.com will make every effort to ship orders complete. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. If the item was with a larger order there will be no freight charge (you only pay freight once). If the item is no longer available we will do our best to notify you immediately.
